His voice was raised, he shouted and was EXTREMELY RUDE. He came back stating he didn't have the information on my vehicle to call me back. I told him that he said he was going to return my call in an hour, but failed to do so. He was upset that I was calling so frequently. Once I got him on the phone he was belligerent. Two-three days later, I called him again. I finally spoke with Hymie in the Service Department who said he was busy but that he would call me back in an hour. (They are notorious for not picking up the phone or returning calls).Īs a nonprofit professional, I have to be persistent so I kept following up and leaving messages every other day. I called several times and left messages for the service department. My vehicle's dash went out and the car had to be towed an hour away to this dealership for them to fix. ![]() However, this third time was the worst experience I have ever had with an auto dealership. I had been to this dealership 2 times prior with no issue. However, it had several issues, which were covered by the warranty. I purchased a 2017 Alfa from another dealership.
